There are times when we use assessments in our work. This may be as a short engagement that includes just the assessment and a debrief. It also may at the beginning of a longer coaching engagement or at the beginning of one of our workshops or coaching pods.
The two models that we use most often are The Leadership Circle and the Enneagram. Both are tremendous tools to deepen self-awareness and leadership development.
The Leadership Circle Assessment (TLC) is a 360 leadership development tool that helps leaders take a step back and see their own patterns of behavior from a variety of perspectives.
It is a powerful tool at the beginning of a coaching engagement to begin the conversations of discovery and growth.
The enneagram is a system for looking at nine patterns of being; nine ways of contributing; nine ways of relating. It is a dynamic psychological, relational, and spiritual system that provides a map for shifting deep habits of behaving, thinking and being.
It offers a rich perspective on how our own patterns may constrict or expand our ability to step into a leadership presence and pattern that is generative, creative, agile, courageous and in alignment with who we are.
I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SEE MY GROWTH NOT ONLY IN MY PERSONAL LIFE BUT ALSO HOW I MANAGE.

Feeling overwhelmed or "over your head"? Coaching is for times when something isn't working or when you sense you are at the edge of something new, yet you can't quite access it.
Assessments, if used well, can enhance what we see, set our inquiry more quickly in context, uncover potential root causes for behavior, and to help us illuminate different ways forward.
