The Core
At the core of our work, whether coaching individuals, leaders, or groups, debriefing an assessment, or leading a workshop, is our belief adults can grow. Leaders can be developed. New mindsets can be forged. New perspectives can be opened. New possibilities can be made visible.
We all need places where we can expand, reflect, and become centered no matter where we are in our adult journey. Many of us live with unconscious habits that can keep us overwhelmed and "smaller" than we might be. We also often forget to "inhabit" our core selves, our bodies, and spirits fully. We often lose our center and find ourselves overwhelmed and ineffective. Our coaching and programs often go to this messy, uncomfortable place where we innovate and design new ways of seeing, new habits and new practices.
We are honored to travel forward from this, very often, messy spot with our clients and to help them grow and become less "had" by the patterns that keep them stuck.
